Mahtab Clark

Mahtab joined Barchester Green Investment as a Tax Consultant in the spring of 2011.

She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and provides comprehensive taxation services to individual and commercial clients.

Prior to establishing her own practice, Mahtab gained experience in all areas of taxation working for a ‘top twenty’ practice in London for ten years. As a result of this thorough background, Mahtab is able to offer advice in direct taxes such as income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax, as well as indirect taxes such as VAT. Her sympathetic manner and ability to explain complicated rules in plain English have won her the respect of many clients.

At Barchester Green Investment, Mahtab will closely be working with the IFAs to provide specialist taxation knowledge surrounding the planning for pensions, investment and estate management in an increasingly complex legislative environment. She will also be able to provide ‘stand alone’ advice as required, including completion of tax returns.

Mahtab graduated from Tehran Azad University with a BSc in Biology, before moving to the UK in 1999. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, gardening and zumba!
